To B or not to b?

That is the question I found myself asking as I was drafting a few blogs when good old Microsoft Word got a bee in it’s bonnet about bitcoin not being capitalized. So, let’s tackle the big issues…

Turns out this is a legitimate FAQ on many bitcoin related sites, (more so the legit sites than the Ponzis) and the answer is as follows:

The capital ‘B is used to describe the actual network while the little ‘b is used to describe the tokens that represent value on the network. Now that’s cleared up you can finally type the following sentence with a knowing smirk on your face:

“What has Bitcoin done with my bitcoin?”
